CEC and Blue Angle established cooperation relations in 2006 and have been keeping on close cooperation over the past 10 years. They have signed mutual recognition agreement, jointly developed common criteria for environmental labeling and carried out personnel exchange activities during this period. At present, CEC and GIZ are studying mutual recognition mechanism for environmental labelling under the framework of “Environmental Partnership Program” supported by Ministry of Environmental Protection of China and Ministry of the Environment of Germany.
